shop.boostify.com.my ("the Website") is operated by BOOSTIFY SDN BHD (202401017735 / 1563585-V), 10-02, Jalan Kempas Utama 2/2, Taman Kempas Utama, 81300 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, under the trade name Kolonel Card ("we", "us"). By using the Website or placing an order you agree to these Terms together with our Payment & Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order.
2. Products
We sell authentic, factory-sealed trading card game products. Product images and descriptions are for illustration; packaging may vary between print runs or regions. Card contents are random and are not guaranteed.
3. Prices and errors
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed.
4. Orders
An order is accepted only when payment is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that exceed purchase limits, appear to be for resale in bulk, use automated tools, or show signs of fraud. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
5. Purchase limits
We may limit the quantity per customer, per household or per payment method for popular releases.
6. Pre-orders
Pre-orders are governed by section 4 of our Payment & Shipping Policy. Release dates are estimates from the publisher and are not guaranteed.
7. Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. Notifications sent to the phone number or email you provided are deemed received.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use bots or scripts to place orders.
9. Intellectual property
Pokémon, One Piece and other product names, logos and images are trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners and are used only to identify the genuine products we sell. Kolonel Card is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by couriers, publishers or events outside our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
